Vinatex and Coats introduce flame-retardant fabrics at the 17th International Exhibition on Techniques and means of fire prevention, fighting and rescue, and security and safety equipment

From August 14 to 16, the 17th International Exhibition on Techniques and Means of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue, Security and Safety Equipment will take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The exhibition is organized by the Police Bureau of Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue and coordinated by the Vietnam Advertisement and Fair Exhibition Joint Stock Company and Messe Frankfurt, part of the Messe Frankfurt Group (Federal Republic of Germany).

The exhibition will feature 490 booths and over 350 units from 23 countries and territories, with a display area of 11,000 square meters. The most advanced products and technologies in fire prevention, fighting and rescue, security industry, monitoring and protection equipment, building safety, automation system solutions, firefighting robots, firefighting drones, multi-purpose smoke, and heat sensors, fire-resistant and flame-resistant materials, environmentally friendly firefighting agents for specific fires such as electric vehicle battery fires, will be showcased to visitors.

At the exhibition, the flame-retardant fabrics and garments joint venture project of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and Coats Group will participate in a booth to introduce fire-retardant fabrics and garments made from fibers produced by Vinatex using Coats’  technology. With the message “Flamepro: Superior Protection, Unmatched Performance”, the Vinatex and Coats booth will focus on showcasing the outstanding features of the products, including Fiber-based fire retardant; Protection from heat and flame; Protection from thermal hazards; Superior durability; Dual protection from electric arc; Protection from dangers; Comfort in hazardous environments. The products can be applied in various fields: Fire and Emergency Rescue Services; Oil and Gas; Chemical Industry; Mining Industry; Automotive Industry; Military and Defense; Forest Firefighting; Construction Industry; and Energy Industry.
